Consumer Returns and Exchanges Policy

These consumer purchase terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) constitute a legal agreement between you and us and apply only to your purchase of niche department store products within Australia. By purchasing or using any products from Sovikl, you fully agree to these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully, as they clearly outline your obligations and rights. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through arbitration.

Basic Cancellation and Returns Policy

To ensure a smooth cancellation or return process, you must obtain written approval from Sovikl. You can request approval by sending an email to our customer service at service@mail.sovikl.com. Any cancellation requests without approval will be denied, and the order will continue to be processed as normal. Any products returned without our written consent will be rejected and sent back to you at your own shipping cost.

Minor Product Defects or Stains

Upon receiving your package, please inspect the products within 7 calendar days. If you notice any defects or stains, contact us immediately, and we will provide further assistance. Claims made after 14 days will be considered as damage caused during use and will no longer be eligible for after-sales support.

If you report defects or stains within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, we are willing to offer reasonable compensation such as vouchers. Minor defects or stains may occur during production or shipping and usually do not affect normal use.

If you cannot accept such minor issues, please do not continue using the product, restore it to its original packaging, and contact us via service@mail.sovikl.com for return instructions.

Cancellation and Return Rules in Different Scenarios

Cancellation before shipping label creation For orders that have been placed but a shipping label has not been created, if you request a cancellation, we will issue a full refund with no fees.

Cancellation before order shipment (shipping label created) If the shipping label has been created but the order has not yet been shipped, a 10% restocking fee will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

Cancellation after order shipment Once the order has shipped, goods cannot be held mid-transit. You may either refuse the package upon delivery or receive it and then contact us to obtain a return shipping label. Once the package is returned to our warehouse and inspected, we will process your refund and charge a 20% restocking fee.

Cancellation after delivery (package unopened) If the package is delivered within 14 calendar days, and you request cancellation for personal reasons, contact us first and provide photos or videos showing the package unopened. After obtaining written approval, you must return the entire package via the original delivery company at your own cost. After inspection, we will deduct a 20% restocking fee and refund the remaining amount.

Cancellation after use (non-quality reasons) Within 30 calendar days after delivery, if you request cancellation for non-quality reasons (e.g., no longer wanted, incorrect size, dislike of product, or refusal of minor shipping damage compensation), contact us first and provide photos or videos showing the product and original packaging in good condition to obtain return authorization. Return the product via the original delivery company at your own cost. Returns after 30 calendar days will not be accepted. After the package is returned and inspected, we will process your refund and charge a 25% restocking fee.

Non-returnable products will not be accepted for return except under extreme circumstances. For special cases, you must contact us for written approval before proceeding.

Refund Conditions and Exceptions

Refunds are generally processed within 7 business days after package inspection. If delays occur due to bank processing, logistics, or other uncontrollable factors, please contact customer service during working hours with supporting evidence, and we will provide further instructions.

If you need to return a product, do not refuse FedEx/UPS packages directly. Please sign for the package first. Before returning any items, contact us via service@mail.sovikl.com to request a return shipping label and follow the provided instructions to complete the return process.
