Welcome to Sovikl products and services. We operate niche department store products in Australia. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and us, specifying the rights and obligations of both parties. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to all the terms outlined below.

1. We provide niche department store product sales, delivery, and after-sales consultation services, with service coverage limited to within Australia.

3. Order Terms

1. Order Modification: Orders can be modified by contacting customer service within 12 hours of placement. Orders entering the fulfillment process after 12 hours cannot be modified. Please carefully review your order before submission.
2. Shipping and Delivery: Orders with available stock are shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and Australian public holidays, during which shipping may be delayed). After shipment, estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days. Force majeure events may cause minor delays.
